About our PGA Associate Pro.
Coach Matt is a PGA Associate member, a certified CT Golf Coach, and a certified CT teacher. He has been golfing for over 25 years. Prior to going Pro in 2023 Matt was the Indian Springs Club Champion in 2023, as well as the Member-Guest Tournament champion in 2024. Matt also coached the Berlin High School Boys Golf team for 2 seasons, both of which the team advanced to the state finals, including a runner up title, and a 3rd place in the state. Matt is a physics teacher at Berlin high school full time so analyzing tendencies and patterns in your swing is his strength. Matt will not only explain how and why the ball flight matches your swing, but will work with you in whatever your preferred style is to improve your game. Some individuals prefer minor tweaks to allow you to work with what you naturally do, while others prefer swing overhauls. Matt will customize your lesson to fit your desires.

Lesson Options and Cost:
Individual Instruction (on range and practice area)
A 60-minute session including range balls to analyze and improve your swing based on your desires. This session is great for all ranges of golfers. Cost is $60/session.
Group Instruction (on range and practice area)
Same information as individual instruction on range and practice area above. Matt will work with each of you in an individual and differentiated way, bouncing between each player. Each person will have their own bay so there is no down time. This is a great option for beginners or friends to share the cost of a lesson and have more comfort being with someone you know. Cost is $70/hour for 2 people + $10/hour for each additional person up to 4 people.
On-Course Instruction
Are you someone who is a pro on the range, but struggles to translate that to the course? An on-course lesson might be just the trick for our Pro to identify the cause and get your score down! Reach out to Matt for details, timing and pricing. On-course instruction can be individual or with a group.
Launch Monitors
Are you a numbers person and want to see your data? Matt has access to a launch monitor and a wrist monitor to show you specifics about your swing/ball contact. A small upcharge for these can be added to any lesson with a detailed analysis provided afterwards. Just let Matt know.
